Vanilla Cream Cake Icing

Classic vanilla whipped cream, light and smooth for cake icing.

Vanilla Cream Cake Icing

Ingredients

  • 400 g AndFoods Whip
  • 12 g sugar
  • 5 g vanilla pod

Method

  1. Infuse cream: Split 5 g vanilla pod and scrape seeds into 400 g AndFoods Whip. Add 12 g sugar and combine.
  2. Whip cream: Whip to firm peaks, stiff enough to hold shape but still smooth for spreading.
  3. Ice cake: Use immediately to ice cake.

Notes

For best results, chill the bowl and whisk before whipping. Ice the cake immediately after whipping.
