Snowcap Strawberries & Cream
Fresh strawberry and milk layered with a smooth, aerated snow-cap cream topping.
Ingredients
Base
- 120 ml milk of choice
- Ice
Strawberry Layer
- Fresh strawberry purée, lightly sweetened
Cream Topping (Canister Option)
- ANDWHIP (chilled to 2 to 4 °C)
Method
- Drizzle strawberry purée along the inside of the cup.
- Add ice and milk.
- Charge cream in a whipper (N₂O) and shake well.
- Dispense a smooth, even layer of cream on top.
- Finish with strawberry drizzle and fresh fruit garnish.
