Snowcap Strawberries & Cream

Ingredients

Base

  • 120 ml milk of choice
  • Ice

Strawberry Layer

  • Fresh strawberry purée, lightly sweetened

Cream Topping (Canister Option)

  • ANDWHIP (chilled to 2 to 4 °C)

Method

  1. Drizzle strawberry purée along the inside of the cup.
  2. Add ice and milk.
  3. Charge cream in a whipper (N₂O) and shake well.
  4. Dispense a smooth, even layer of cream on top.
  5. Finish with strawberry drizzle and fresh fruit garnish.
