Potato Gratin
Thinly sliced agria potatoes layered with Andfoods Cream and garlic, pressed and grilled until golden, served with crispy sage and toasted hazelnuts.
Ingredients
- 500 gm agria potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 500 ml Andfoods Cream
- 8 cloves garlic, grated
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
- Turn oven on to 180°C.
- In a high-sided baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes with cream, garlic and seasoning.
- Cover with baking paper, then foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until soft.
- Refrigerate with a weight on top, then turn out and cut into portions.
- Place under a grill until golden and hot through.
- Serve with crispy sage and toasted hazelnuts.
