Hot Vienna Coffee with Cold Foam

Ingredients

Base

  • 150 ml milk of choice (60 to 65 °C)
  • 25 to 30 ml chocolate syrup (optional)
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 5 ml sugar syrup (optional)

Cold Foam

  • 60 ml ANDFOODS cream
  • 20 ml milk of choice
  • 10 ml syrup (optional)

Garnish

  • Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings

Method

  1. Heat milk to 60 to 65 °C.
  2. Stir in chocolate syrup until fully dissolved.
  3. Add espresso and mix gently.
  4. Pour into a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  5. Froth cold foam ingredients until thick and silky (pourable, not stiff).
  6. Gently layer the cold foam over the hot drink.
  7. Finish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
