A rich and shiny dairy-free dark chocolate mousse, perfect as a dessert or filling.

Dark Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 250 gm Andfoods Cream
  • 250 gm dairy free dark chocolate 70%

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in a bain marie on a low heat. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. Beat cream to soft whip then add the chocolate. Beat through until shiny.
  3. Transfer into serving containers, individual glasses, or pipe as a filling.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
