Dark Chocolate Mousse
A rich and shiny dairy-free dark chocolate mousse, perfect as a dessert or filling.
Ingredients
- 250 gm Andfoods Cream
- 250 gm dairy free dark chocolate 70%
Method
- Melt chocolate in a bain marie on a low heat. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
- Beat cream to soft whip then add the chocolate. Beat through until shiny.
- Transfer into serving containers, individual glasses, or pipe as a filling.
- Refrigerate before serving.
