Chocolate Ganache Filling
Rich chocolate ganache filling, smooth, glossy, and pipeable.
Ingredients
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 50 g milk
- 250 g AndFoods Whip
- 25 g chocolate
Method
- Heat cream base: Heat 250 g AndFoods Whip, 50 g milk, and 30 g cocoa powder together, whisking until smooth and just simmering.
- Melt chocolate: Pour hot cream over 25 g chocolate. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until fully melted and glossy.
- Cool and set: Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set and pipeable.
Notes
Ensure the ganache is fully cooled before piping. Use an immersion blender for a smoother finish if needed.
