Chocolate Ganache Filling

Ingredients

  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g milk
  • 250 g AndFoods Whip
  • 25 g chocolate

Method

  1. Heat cream base: Heat 250 g AndFoods Whip, 50 g milk, and 30 g cocoa powder together, whisking until smooth and just simmering.
  2. Melt chocolate: Pour hot cream over 25 g chocolate. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until fully melted and glossy.
  3. Cool and set: Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set and pipeable.

Notes

Ensure the ganache is fully cooled before piping. Use an immersion blender for a smoother finish if needed.
