Caramel Nut Frappe
Smooth caramel milk with a light, aerated cream topping and nutty crunch.
Ingredients
Base
- 150 ml milk of choice
- 20 ml caramel syrup
- Ice
Cream Topping (Canister Option)
- ANDWHIP (chilled to 2 to 4 °C)
- 10 ml caramel syrup (optional, for flavour)
Garnish
- Crushed roasted nuts
- Caramel drizzle
Method
- Combine milk and caramel syrup, then pour over ice.
- Charge cream in a whipper (N₂O) and shake well.
- Dispense a smooth snow-cap layer on top.
- Finish with caramel drizzle and crushed nuts.
