Ingredients

Base

  • 150 ml milk of choice
  • 20 ml caramel syrup
  • Ice

Cream Topping (Canister Option)

  • ANDWHIP (chilled to 2 to 4 °C)
  • 10 ml caramel syrup (optional, for flavour)

Garnish

  • Crushed roasted nuts
  • Caramel drizzle

Method

  1. Combine milk and caramel syrup, then pour over ice.
  2. Charge cream in a whipper (N₂O) and shake well.
  3. Dispense a smooth snow-cap layer on top.
  4. Finish with caramel drizzle and crushed nuts.
